Congressman Cori Bush (D-MO) continues to lead the "Defund the Police" charge despite Democrats largely stepping away from such rhetoric amid the current crime crisis. During her interview with CNN host Don Lemon, Bush said she does not believe progressives went to far by advocating taking money away from police departments when riots were breaking out in cities across the country.

She has little to lose, since it is unlikely a GOP candidate will take her down. However, it might be the beginning of a GOP trend in MO's District 1.

Lt Col Charlie Brown What an idiot. Great way to get voting out of office! What the hell does Bush think? Defunding police is going to stop people from committing crimes?

He is a Fool if he cannot see what that has done to other areas of the country and the reactions of common people to it. Defunding has only made serious Crimes worse.
