Ya' I'm an old guy so I don't work out anymore. But I should make an effort. *-) BTW I never worked out to music before because we didn't have devices that would fit in our ears.. (OldGuy). I probably would now.

Yup. I forget I have a bad hip until I try to walk around the block. Also Rotater Cuff needs replacing, got two artificial knees. They keep taking things out... you get the drift! I really have a great set of Doctors but I'm getting real sick of seeing em!
