These people should be given the maximum time allowed by military law for each count, these people are monsters, pure and simple Lt Col Charlie Brown

Absolutely disgusting! My question is how long has this been going on?

Two horrible individuals that should get the maximum sentence on each count served consecutively, the others who were charged with failure to report are almost as bad.
