Lt Col Charlie Brown There should be a mechanism within the law to reimburse plaintive's for each and every civil rights violation. Something to prevent this kind of legislating of law

SFC Ralph E Kelley - not sure that would work or be appropriate and it would take more time through the judicial system. Maybe every time legislatures pass a unconstitutional law and it's ruled so by judicial branch then automatic payout of 100k fine to plaintive or something like that.
