There is so much potential in our southern hemisphere which we ignore, or we shy away from when criticism is levied our way for trying to "colonialize" South and Central America. I grew up in this region and it's frustrating that we can't find a way to help build them up. Meanwhile, the Chinese have no problem taking advantage of them.
