Affirmative Action is racist and uses racial discrimination. The idea may have had some credit back in 1961, but if it didn't correct the problems in 20 years it would never correct them.

It should have been properly vetted when it was reimagined and never been made into a policy. Looking at human nature, life just doesn't work the way this policy goes.
