But I have to say.... the quality of phlebotomists I have enco7ntered with ARC has gone down noticeably in the last year. I do not know if it is local, or widespread. But so far in 2022, I have yet to have the initial phlebotomist get it right. They have to call the "expert" over.... with a needle sticking out of my arm, halfway to wherever it needs to be.
