Joan of Arc is my favorite. As an illiterate 17 year old peasant girl in a backwater town in France she managed to get an audience with the King of France. To see the King St Joan of Ach had to pass through English lines. St Joan of Arc managed to out wit the British and get to the King. Joan of Arc then out witted the French court to gain command of the French army. There were many things that appear miraculous that occurred. Probably none more profound than getting her Generals and soldiers to profess Christ. Once the English got custody of her they put her on trial. Joan of Arc managed to out wit the best legal minds the British could find at her trial
