If I were to bet, I say Dallas or Austin.

Austin - real estate is getting as pricey as LA. (I just moved from Austin). Between Dallas and Austin, I'd go with Dallas. Big city, cheap land, central airport hub, far away from hurricanes on the coast.

I'm sticking with Memphis. Interior lines of communication with distribution hubs.

Boston. Austin, Dallas, and Memphis are all valid. I like Boston (I'm biased for living in the state) because the city has it's own "Silicon Valley" just to the west, and with dual headquarters, now corporate will be easily interfaced with the business world 12 hours a day. Certainly longer I bet, I'm just no expert on corporate work hours, I just figure those 3 hours on the east coast are valuable. The proximity to New York is also a factor. I.am guessing New York is not a consideration because it would have already happened if it were.
Just my humble, layman's opinion.

I am hopeful for Buffalo's long shot, but at least land would be cheap here compared to every other city on the list!:)
