Do you believe that a “Reasonable Person” who receives an email from a government email address would not respond differently than they would perhaps if they got an email from [login to see] ? It also comes down to the verbage of the correspondence. I am saying it is wrong regardless of who is in the White House. A higher standard has always been placed on government, as it should.
