Indeed. No one on the Left got any sleep last night! They can't spin it, because it's all about spinning, and lying, and censoring the TRUTH.

So what? It was their company, and they decided what to publish, just as Musk does now. That's the beauty of our free speech rights, that people can publish what they want on their property, and neither the government nor the other side gets to limit their ability to do so.
Believe it or not, private "censorship" is perfectly legal.

SGT Gerald “Jerry” Harrell - You said: "but at the behest of government is not private censorship" - sure it is. A government employee does not lose his or her right to free speech, and has the same right as anyone else to ask a private publisher to delete a post. It's only unconstitutional if the government is the one doing the censoring, requiring the private publisher to remove the post in question.

LTC David Brown - Rho Khana was wrong. A private publisher can edit or censor or refuse to publish however they see fit.

Capt Gregory Prickett you got that lawyer hat pulled down tight on this lol. No, I don’t think anyone loses their right to free speech based on employment. That’s what’s great about this country. Do you believe that a “Reasonable Person” who receives an email from a government email address would not respond differently than they would perhaps if they got an email from [login to see] ? It also comes down to the verbage of the correspondence. I am saying it is wrong regardless of who is in the White House. A higher standard has always been placed on government, as it should.
When a police officer screws up, with few exceptions, does the Department and City or County not also face the liability?
I’m on team America and I want no one infringing on OUR rights.

SGT Gerald “Jerry” Harrell - Every member of the press that I've met have not had a problem with telling the government to pound sand if they want an article spiked.
