Reality is everytime a government tries to ban something the black market and illegal side flourishes. Firearms in society are not going away and anyone that wants any control they are best to allow but regulate. In the US, 'ghost guns', 3D guns are not made by the everyday criminal and only bans the most sophisticated criminals. It is like going after ARs and semi-automatic rifles, the crime in inner city Chicago and Baltimore, black on black crime is largely done with illegally purchased pistols. It really tells you how white Democratic politicians feel about blacks with they never go after inner city black on black gun violence. Ghost guns and 3D made will only get worse as they are going after something that cannot be stopped and that will make little difference in the big scheme of firearm violence.

I agree with much of what you said, given the context of the article. Before a klansman tries to pervert the context of your statement, I want to make it clear that major root causes of Black community issues is the single mother household and child support laws that excessively disfavor Black men (new age Black codes in a sense). All Black men are treated the same as of the few Black men who purposely contribute to creating broken homes, which lead to underdeveloped children who are more likely to turn to crime. The women aren't held accountable but rewarded monthly, more so when the father is successful and/or kept away from the child. I wrote more about this in an older blog post. https://www.rallypoint.com/shared-links/complex-layers-of-racism

35 gun deaths per year in the UK bs 221 stabbing deaths in the UK in 2021. Hmmm!
