My question would be, how are they getting spare parts? I am the Quality Manager for an aerospace manufacturing company, and military aircraft spare parts don't get sold to just anyone.

Most of the equipment is non-US manufactured. There is a host of sources for those parts.
As for the UH-60, counterfeit parts are a problem. I have a suspect on who the benefactor is. They certainly would have the capability to manufacture aircraft parts.
