Trump announced the withdrawal, true. His announcement included a timeline, and it was tied to concrete measures to ensure that things didn't go to hell as soon as we left. Everything was "on day X, we will remove Y troops and / or close Z camps IF THE FOLLOWING MEASURES HAVE BEEN MET." That is a plan.
Biden took over, kept the timeline, and said screw the accountability piece. That is ABANDONING the plan.
The Afghanistan withdrawal disaster - and it WAS a disaster - is ENTIRELY on Biden. Any assertion otherwise is fabricated BS.
