It seems some people and companies always try to take advantage of people. I can think about how many soldiers I saw taken with payday loans back in the day. Hopefully this kind of stuff doesn't happen anymore.

If you can't afford it, don't buy it. Philosophy I've lived by for a long time now and I'm super happy!

It's the way to go. I've lived that way also and being retired now we are comfortable. I have some friends who took loans out against their IRA's and/or pensions many years ago and they are paying the price for it now. Stay the course. Merry Christmas.
