Can the Army fill its ranks?
As the Army rolls along into 2023, everyone from recruiters to senior leaders to Congress are closely monitoring whether the Army will be able to shore up its recruiting and stem the end strength freefall that the service is currently experiencing.
The service experienced a shortfall of 15,000 recruits in fiscal 2022, which caused it to miss its congressionally-authorized end strength by nearly 20,000 soldiers.

The “Army”..ie..most anyone 0-6 and up ARE the problem, they created the issues and will not listen to how to fix it because they have bought in to the regime mindset. Thanks to failing public schools the ASVAB is having to be “adjusted” for incompetent students; over 70% of age base is too fat, lazy or just not inclined to even join. Medical and law violations move this number over 80%. Trust in the military is at a low since 2006 numbers. Don’t even get me started on the transgender BS being pushed down from the top.

The Navy just announced they will raise the max age PLUS lower the ASVAB score to AFQT of 10. Yes 10….just above involuntary motor reflex level
