This needs to be updated. Service Disabled life insurance is no longer available as of December 2023 in it's place is the new VAlife insurance program that started January 1, 2024. Second on CHAMPVA eligibility is that the veteran needs to be rated 100% scheduler or T.D.I.U. total and permanent status to be eligible. Not just 100% only.
