Capt Gregory Prickett - Have you seen the video? The 'law enforcement' stepped aside and WATCHED. One of them left and changed clothes in the stairwell. It was a set-up, and she was murdered by a bad cop who didn't even follow his own dept. weapons SOP. Pathetic. Criminal.
