Recruiters have a tough job to do to locate and contract mentally, physically and "Morally" qualified individuals into military service. The screening completed during each applicant's processing is built to disqualify the applicants, so the very few the recruiter is able to contract is difficult. As a recruiter in a rural area of the country I had thousands of disqualified individuals, a few were just temporary, but many were permanent disqualifications. From this story the young man was contracted into the Delayed Entry Program however he didn't enlist into the Marine Corps or Marine Corps Reserve.

Good riddance to bad rubbish...I am glad the got rid of him and are making an example out of this. Having worked in Recruiting as a Commander I can tellyou that some just get through. THey mark the right answers that don't flag anything unless someoone is activley monitoring their social media. BUT this isn't anything new. We have had extremist from White nationalist to hispanic ganges to the Bloods and the Crypts to neo nazis and everything in between serve...most go in for weapons and tactics trainingand get out eventually before they are found out. But the system is not perfect...but it does work in most cases if you really look at the numbers.
