"Singer Lisa Marie Presley, the only daughter of the late Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley, has died, her mother confirmed in a statement to CNN. She was 54.
“Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time,” Priscilla Presley said in the statement, provided by a representative.
Lisa Marie Presley was hospitalized earlier on Thursday after suffering an apparent cardiac arrest."...

I wasn't a big fan but feel bad for her family, as I understand it she has a kid or two.

Other than for the fact that she was Elvis's kid I have no idea what her claim to fame was. It's just sad when kids of people your age pass on.
