An interesting video presented by a young man who appears to have done his homework. It raised two interesting questions in my mind. 1. Has the movie "The Pentagon Wars" actually left its mark and is the Pentagon procurement process now more rational? 2. Are we willing to allow Russia to lead the way in new weapons development?
