MY SAY: My Twitter account, @mjgranger1, was one of the silenced (suspended) accounts after I repeatedly questioned the efficacy of surgical masks against viruses. When NY Governor, Kathy Hochul mandated surgical masks be worn for high school winter sport student athletes DURING COMPETITION. I have two high school track athletes. I made a direct post against that practice, citing examples of injured student athletes from other states who had worn masks while competing. The next day my account was "permanently suspended." That was December 2021. My account was restored in December 2022, after I repeatedly requested reinstatement directly from Elon Musk.

Good to hear that Elon Musk responded. Twitter was used to bash people who didn't agree with the establishment even when the evidence was available....

I don't like everything Elon is about, but he is an amazing human being. A naturalized citizen, he is more aware than most of the opportunity and unique freedoms available in the US. And he appreciates them.
