A few comments. In the case where the perp follows the guy to his car, gets put in a headlock, peep gives the gun to the girl, she kills the apparent good guy, 1. Why didn’t the good guy have his gun on to start with? 2. Still don’t understand why the girl wasn’t charged.
In the restaurant scenario, the tape didn’t show where the shooter added a point blank shot to the head. Once the gunman was down, the threat ended, stop shooting. He also left before the police arrived. That’s two strikes on him.
I won’t comment on the border incident, not enough info.

There are always questions with video because it is difficult to tell a person's intent. When I see a situation prior to the incident, and well after, I usually have questions. You have all good questions that I noticed.
