Honestly this sounds like real BS to me. This report could be designed to give cover to Biden for his pitiful handling of the first Chinese Spy Balloon. This is where the following logic could lead: "well we believe that the president was right to exercise caution, because you don't want to "hack off" any illegal "alien specimen"! Excuse me Sec Mayorkas, (also Ned, John, Karine, and the binder), but are you stating for the record that you have evidence that there is an Alien Specimen visiting the United States? Steve, that's not what we are saying. What I am saying is Space men! The president has been investigating new ways to aid aliens getting into the US and it's just possible that the message has reached the cosmos.
