How long till civilian tech employees are as dumb as mud?? I believe a dumbing down in the Ed System, and most going to college to study general basket weaving...does the mechanical arts are lost and we have tech that no one remembers how to fix. Or worse, no one alive has any clue how to keep up maintenance and repair.

I will believe it when I see it, the wind industry has to think of something to get people back to being passive about those wind turbines. Can't have people being logical...
