My say: Who cares what you think, we already know that you don't honor your oath and support the constitution in this matter, at one point calling it a "crusade".

The government determined that Abdul Rabbani and Mohammed Rabbani no longer posed a threat, and that they should be transferred to the custody of another nation (Pakistan).

You apparently care enough to make derogatory statements about a fellow officer. You don't judge me, God does. As for my oath, if you have charges, place them, otherwise it's conjecture. Last I checked, the People are the government in this country, and through our representatives adhere to the principles and laws of our founding documents. You can criticize the SCOTUS, as can I, and we can disagree about our perceptions, but this I can assure you: the Global War on Terror is alive and well and living in Syria, Somalia, much of populated Africa, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan and many other places. We are in a HOT war with ISIS, al Qaeda, al Shabaab and other known and unknown terrorist organizations. It is my view that KNOWN TERRORISTS are best confined during these dangerous times, and not on the loose, free to plot, plan and execute unfettered murders and destruction. I have used the term 'crusade' in the past in this context: ANSWERING JIHAD: DID SOMEONE SAY "CRUSADE?' -https://savinggraceatguantanamobay.com/2016/07/15/answering-the-jihad-did-someone-say-crusade/

MAJ Montgomery Granger - I made truthful comments about a fellow officer. You then posted a link to a blog authored by you that used the word crusade in exactly the manner I spoke of, and who maligned all Muslims at the same time, proving in part the point on you not honoring the Constitution.

By the way, your interpretation of "the People [being] the government" is incorrect. The government answers to the People, and the People elect representatives, but the People are not the government.

It's also funny as hell that you use a quote by Thomas Paine, who was well-known as a Deist and a harsh critic of Christianity, to support your religious tirade against Muslims. You don't even realize that Paine thought that the Christian faith was just as bad as the Muslim faith.

“Each of those churches shows certain books, which they call revelation, or the Word of God. The Jews say that their Word of God was given by God to Moses face to face; the Christians say, that their Word of God came by divine inspiration; and the Turks say, that their Word of God (the Koran) was brought by an angel from heaven. Each of those churches accuses the other of unbelief; and, for my own part, I disbelieve them all.” Thomas Paine, Age of Reason

Greg and I go way back, Sir. He has a tendency to hold back his true feelings, though. Shame.
