That made me remember the guy in the 60's or 70's that riped off a Huey and flew around the White House.

I went through Ft. Rucker in 1978 with a bunch of WOCs and learned that hovering is vital to a perfect landing of a helicopter.

A guy got kicked out of the EM Club in Bien Hoa. His friend said on their walk back, they spotted a LOACH idleing. He got in and his intention was to ram it into the EM Club. He managed to get it off the ground and was thrown out. I believe the rotor got him.
