When you post, it doesn't go to EVERYONE on RallyPoint. The posts go to those contacts of yours and the ones that are following the topic you post too.
In the specific case of this post, the 80 people that follow the 1st Amendment topic, the 145 followers of the Election2020 topic, and the 104 contacts you have will have been notified of your post (this doesn't mean that 80+145+104 people were notified because there likely is overlap from people following multiple groups ... one of your contacts that follows the 1st Amendment group and the Election 2020 group isn't going to be notified three times..)
You can see how many times the post was seen by looking at the 'eye' count above for the 'unique impressions' that have seen it.
