There is pretty much always war going on somewhere. When there is no war, there is internal violence like the post-WWII massacres in Russia and Asia.

Good article. Basic logistics 101. Democrats are not good at logistics, or anything that requires discipline for that matter. They spend freely not thinking about tomorrow, just like children.

As a former Munitions squadron commander this is nothing new. Even when we weren't fighting a war or supplying munitions to others replenishment rates were horribly slow.
