Not a lawyer, but just apply the laws applicably across the state -- when felons are walking out the door free, a misdemeanor years passed the statute of limitations is not consistent; not equitable

The phrase that comes to mind, that I never believed would be used against our government is "Hog Wild". The Progressive Democrats have gone hog wild in weaponizing law enforcement against their political enemies.
