Simply amazing, American values, traditions social structure are supposed to change for 0.1% of the population? Many in that population suffer from body dysmorphia.

The troops were divided BEFORE they became troops (and should NOT have become troops). The military isn't for everyone or just anyone. Someone who needs attention so badly they become out of touch with reality is focused on way too much more than killing the enemy.
