He doesn't have to prove his innocence; the state has to prove him guilty AFTER determining that they have jurisdiction

Nancy Pelosi believes like many other Democrats that President Trump has to prove his innocence. For those who have Facebook please go to the Nancy Pelosi page and subscribe to her Rants and you could put her down like I did. If you have been kicked off Facebook in the past, make sure you get a new email address from Gmail and make sure it's not linked to your Instagram account otherwise Facebook won't let you rejoin it and let's give hell to Nancy Pelosi and Democrats who believe in Napoleonic law of guilty until proven innocent!

PO2 Michael Beaumont Awesome! Perhaps you skipped the part of Pelosi's post where she says it's Trump's responsibility to prove his innocence. From my civics classes, granted they are from the dinosaur ages, it's the government's responsibility to prove.

Perhaps if you had included that it may have made more sense. I don’t waste my time on Facebook as most is just ranting and miss information. I have more of an interest in positive information that’s not someone’s wild ideas

PO2 Michael Beaumont I am talking in the subjunctive. I'm talking about the undetermined future. I'm just saying that Nancy Pelosi is counting her chickens and she's not following American law and the Constitution and to think that she was the third most powerful person in the US government with her own personal jet and third in line to the presidency and yet she says stupid stuff like this!

I'm telling her and the female dogs from The View tv show to not open their bottle of Dom Perignon Champagne or whatever they drink to celebrate until there is a final decision on President Trump. During the week I listen to three or four hours a day of Fox Business News and you have former attorney General like Bill Barr, two former congressman who are now Fox News contributors and have their own shows during the day who were also both prosecutors before they became congressman. I've listened to the former Attorney General of New York, I've heard to Democrat lawyers who don't believe in this case. I've heard of law professors discussing the weakness of this case. Even though we still don't know until tuesday, this is unprecedented and they all agreed that the higher this goes, the higher the level that this will be thrown out as unconstitutional or unfair. Inquiring minds want to know...

Who cares what any of theses talking heads (democrats, republicans, law professors, lawyers what every) you mention have to say, that are only opinions and not fact. The fact is Trump like every other citizen will have his day in court if it even goes that far. Fox News now that's a really credible source of information that we should trust after the junk they put out about the stollen election, they get to have their day in court with Dominion.
