Bragg won’t charge wounded NYC garage worker who shot suspected thief

Alvin Bragg is such a great guy. A crook tries to rob a garage worker, shoots the garage worker two times. The garage worker gets the gun away from the criminal and shoots and kills the criminal. Good old Alvin decides to charge the garage work. Will now Alvin decides he won’t charge the guy who fought for his life and won.

Actually, as a defense attorney, I also think that DA Bragg is a great guy. As the garage worker's attorney said, praising Bragg, “I think what they wanted to do was sort things out, and both men had been shot. . . .”
You do realize that the mugger was also arrested in the case, and he ended up being the only one charged?

Of course I realize that BOTH men were charged. So the innocent an, after being shot had to lawyer up. Of course the lawyer thinks Bragg is a great guy, he collects fees for doing NOTHING. Why not wait for things to be sorted out first before charging someone? Oh never mind
