That story was debunked two days ago. You had two people that had been shot, conflicting stories, and it was late at night, with witnesses disappearing (i.e., going home).

Perhaps you would want him to just flip a coin and release one or both of them before he figured out what happened?

Next, neither man died, so no "murder" was charged at any point, and as soon as investigators interviewed witnesses, Bragg declined to prosecute Diarra, who's own attorney said that Bragg did the right thing.
