What concerns me is how much we pay for products from China such as fireworks and masks and the growth in their military

Good post LTC Eugene Chu. I agree with a lot of what was said, but view the decoupling from China as the "Hard right thing" instead of the "Easy wrong thing" (leaving our production and economies intricately connected).

While we can leave the production of a lot of our "non-critical stuff" with China (aside from the normal objections against slave labor, currency manipulation, etc) but as we've seen they have no compunction of limiting critical goods for political reasons.

Was curious about the report so read the chapter that was available* (Chapter 4 ... the rest is 'coming soon')
