"Butt" is getting there. A male and female crash dummy. I'm unsure what the difference is as far a the end result. Back in the day, the dummy difference was the hair. Remember Resci-Anne and Reci-Andy. They didn't cost $202 Million--the wig and the warmup suit, I believe were the only difference. "Butt" forgot one; we MUST HAVE a transgender dummy.
$20 million would feed a lot of homeless people. We are begging for local donations to keep the center open and his "Knucklehead" wants to spend $20 million on a dummy. The priorities are way out of place.
Maybe the Democrats will run a viable candidate in 2024. Hope the Republicans can find a good candidate also. My vote for Democrat--Gov. Gretchen Whitmer; Republican--Nikki Haley.
