Was looking more into it and saw an update that they have the individual surrounded - https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/crime/texas-shooting-cleveland-today-san-jacinto-b2329494.html#post-1180297

Also saw this info: The gunman, identified as 38-year-old Francisco Oropeza, was reported by Univision 45 Houston as being a Mexican national who had been deported at least twice before the violence on Friday.

(info added)

According to DPS records, Oropeza does have an arrest for DWI in 2009.

Authorities said they have previously been to the suspect's home, according to Capers.
"Deputies have come over and spoke with him about him shooting his gun in the yard"

CPL Douglas Chrysler Nope. It is on the shooter. Period.

We really need to stop blaming people for other people's actions.

Regardless of what Biden, Mayorkas, DeSantis, Abbott, Hillary, W, Trump, BlM, the NRA, Bragg, Soros, Rupert Murdoch, or Mother Theresa did or did not do, this man made the decision to murder innocents. That is on him. No one else.

Wait. We haven't found the tip of the iceberg yet about all the jails that have been emptied across the world with free transportation to our border.

Because the neighbors asked him to stop shooting because their baby was sleeping. What a sick world
