Hmmm....
So they failed to research their school. Utilized their benefits and were properly paid by the VA. Were taken advantage of by the school.
And now want me to pay for it?
If they were defrauded, their remedy is via the school, not the VA (read: US taxpayer).

Going after the DoD or VA for your own failure is just plain wrong.
