How do you respond to the land owner that may stand to make a nice profit? Or get out from under a heavy mortgage?
If I own it, should I not have the freedom to sell it to whomever makes me the best offer?
By the way, I abhor foreign investment into any American endeavor, but I question how it can be outlawed.
