After documentation of all the aquatic wildlife death from offshore environmental energy facilities, I can’t understand how the Federal Oversight of funds for this project is allowing it to go forward when it is so obvious the Environmental Documents that supported the project are just plain wrong. The spending authority for these types of projects are now fraudulent. This is getting to the point where continuing these actions without revisiting the Environmental Documents is criminal.
