I am pretty sure that can be appealed as an excessive fine. That is mentioned explicitly by the Constitution's Eighth Amendment, particularly excessive bail/fines

I should have stated that the ticket was in Finland. They have a special way of calculating fines. The more you make, the bigger the fine. :)

Easy fix:
o Hire a chauffer, tell him how fast you want him to drive
o Pay him minimally
o He gets the tickets
o You compensate him for HIS fines.
