“I understand why they usually resist multiyear authority and why they are skeptical about the way [the Defense Department] spends money,” Rep. Mike Gallagher, (R. WI.) said at the time.
So how does the $800+ billion defense budget not already include a long term plan to address shortage of munitions our military needs. And if our politicians are so concerned by wasteful spending by DoD then why does the budget grow year to year without real accountability? Ugh. What partisan nonsense.
