While I understand who they are and what they are supposed to be doing...they have no right to take someone's property. Get a court order if you need it.

I agree with you. I also have problems with an authority being able to come on to someone's property anytime they want.

I read the article and it really looks to me like the game and parks were trying to tie this guy to a baiting charge that his brother was arrested for. I think that they were going for more charges, maybe against the guy who owns this piece of ground.
I don't like baiting, but I really despise G&P officials who think that they can come on to anyone's property at any time. If it were my property, they probably would never see that particular officer ever again.

I don’t have any use for baiting. That being said I recognize that sone areas allow it. While I don’t agree with it, I can’t condemn it.

MSgt Robert "Rock" Aldi Thanks for clearly stating the authority Fish and Wildlife Agencies have and why. I suppose while I understand wildlife crosses property lines, a part of me still sees wildlife as a property right and I can’t see why an agency has authority over that.
