No. Not saying no means they didn't say no. That's all it means. It doesn't mean yes, maybe, Bsolutely, we're not sure, no comment, Zaphod Beeblebrox, purple cars, or any other words or phrases you want to insert.

Are you taking lessons in English from Harris? All I said was: Not being able to specifically say "No." means one of the two brought the drug into the White House. They have video of the area; they know who left the drugs there. It is very simple.
