The thing about Deja vu is that it happens after something else happened, but the first happening doesn't necessarily need to happen for the second happening to happen after the first happening is remembered as maybe even happening after the second happening but being remembered first.
So when it happens all over again, really it is just the first happening happening again as a second time but being remembered as a third time, you know?
