I'll admit I'm not very familiar with this case at all, but I think I'm missing something.
I thought the way it sat right now (with the VA's interpretation) is that you are limited in the amount of benefits you can claim respective to the claimants case. How would this be worse if the Supreme Court overturned it?

I always wished I had used my benefit. I hope this works out for those that are still eligible.

I got a Masters Degree with mine and different program, but bought 3 houses using VA loans.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - I've bought 3 homes with it, just never used the GI Bill to finish my education. I have done alright without it, but may have been better with it.
