I met they guy responsible for getting the contract for the tiny bottles of Tabasco in every MRE. I thanked him on everyone's behalf. Cool guy. Forget his name.

Thanks for passing those thanks along. Some Tabasco sauce would have made those First MRE's better.

Sauce is similar to whisky making. They both use barrels and require time to develop from age. There is also lost sauce during aging process due to evaporation.
