You can’t stop racism with racism. You can’t stop discrimination with discrimination. The people who advocate for these practices are only trying to punish classes of people they perceive as benefiting from past wrongs. The only problem with their thinking is when they identify a group by color and/or sex they group in masses that had nothing to do with what they are angry about.
