ICE has yet to say how many illegal immigrants are enrolled in Alternative to Detention programs In violation of federal statute, the Biden administration will not provide a full accounting on the number of illegal immigrants in two Alternatives to Detention programs.
Faced with a record number of illegal border crossings, the public has no idea how many illegal immigrants are enrolled in the Case Management Pilot Program and Young Adult Case Management Program. The two initiatives, which the Biden administration started as part of its general policy of minimizing detention, are among the most liberal that the U.S. government offers to illegal immigrants. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is mandated by law to publish the number of illegal immigrants enrolled in each of those programs but has yet to do so.

Cpl Vic Burk - You are right...they will say the same for republicans worshipping at the idol of Trump. I never worshipped Trump nor any other politician. As far as I am concerned Trump is an egotistic,narcissistic a$$hat that can't keep his mouth shut...I voted for him cause I just could not vote for Hillary one cause she is a clinton and 2, Benghazi and classified materials...BUT...Trump did do what he said he was going to do if elected. That embarrasses other politicians cause they don't from all sides of the aisle. HOWEVER, there re leftist that are BUT BUT BUT ORANGE MAN BAD and refuse to see the water rising on the ship they are on that is sinking with Biden. They are so focused on Trump that they will burn America to the ground with them it it as long as it also captures Trump. Anyone with a wallet can see what the heck is going on and that is just one area but Biden is the great one that is doing such great things...he is...he is doing BAD things in a great way!

Sounds like plea bargaining gone crazy. The DOJ uses plea bargaining extensively and it is an abuse of our justice system. Here is an excerpt from an article from a law professor: plea bargaining may swiftly dispose of cases, but it also fuels an unjust system. This practice produces a massive underclass of people who are restricted from voting, working, and otherwise participating in society. And while innocent people plead guilty to crimes they did not commit in exchange for lesser sentences, the truly guilty can get away with murder.
