I was actually having a conversation with my colleagues yesterday! Some of their locations are in incredibly expensive buildings - IE the one we talked about had a view of the Golden Gate and a 3 story ampitheatre setting...

You should be getting a better deal than that. From what I've been reading all business real estate is in trouble right now… but not everyone has a view of the Gate. :)

SFC (Join to see) - ha! yeah. We also have some folks owned by the large PE firms that own real estate and many of them aren't even able to pay their commercial loans/leases.

CPT (Join to see) - Joking aside, it makes me nervous what’s going to happen to the economy if many of these companies start going belly up on top of the high energy prices we currently have.
