Canada used to be the test bed of stupid socialist ideas before President Biden came to power. Now, I see President Biden has taken the stupidity to the newer level and it's only a matter of time before carbon taxes come in.
Just like President Biden, Prime Minister Trudeau doesn't admit his faults by raising carbon taxes every single year and getting away from fertilizer made with fossil fuels.
Just like in the USA, big government socialism through the regulatory state can raise prices and it hurts everyone.
President Biden blames former President Trump for most of his economic messes that mostly appear to be self-inflicted by spending 9 Trillion dollars.
Trudeau's carbon taxes go from $15 a ton in 2021 to $170 a ton by 2030. This is an 1100% increase in carbon taxes in 9 years.
There are already carbon taxes in California and I know President Biden or anyone who becomes Democrat in the future will want to push this forward to put up the price floor on oil and energy.
The Canadian government does give you a rebate twice a year but I'm sure I pay way more than what is reimbursed. Big government socialism through the regulatory state is the future if you stick with stupid Bidenomics.

Bigot government socialism through the regulatory state. California is that way and look at their gas prices.
They have carbon taxes, they have oxygenated fuel that lowers the performance by 5% so you have 5% worst fuel economy in the winter time. Most other states don't have the California blend so their prices are higher on top of that.

The only thing that could be worse than him is having the cackling hyena in as president. Hell, even Jimmy Carter has Biden beat and we all know what a lousy president he was.
